Taoiseach Leo Varadkar confirms HSE intention to appoint 3rd Consultant

Today, in response to questioning on the issue in the long waiting lists and the shortfall between World Health Organisation guidelines (6 Paediatric Rheumatologists for our population) and the current staffing level of 2 raised by Bobby Aylward TD, the Taoiseach confirmed that the HSE is to appoint a 3rd Paediatric Rheumatologist as part of the planning and budgeting for next year.
